The water level sensor also called float sensor, for our product range, includes the TDS, integrated water level sensor, stainless steel water level sensor, and PP water level sensor.
On one hand, the PP Plastic material is non-toxic and food grade, which is suitable for household appliances water-medium, such as water, milk, coffee, soft drink, and so on. On the other hand, the floater is made of PP+ NBR which is high-temperature resistance, and low proportion, which is suitable for oil medium. Meanwhile, the PVDF tolerable temperature can reach 120℃ and it also has strong acid & alkali resistance performance. Because of its reliable ability, the PVDF type has a longer life, and a wider use range. Generally, it will be used in most water mediums as well as in oil mediums.
Except for the plastic type, the water lever sensor also has the stainless steel type, which has a high-temperature resistance up to 200 degree that is suitable to work in high oil temperature environment
The float sensor is specially used for liquid level detection, field indicator signal transmission and liquid level alarm for various medium and small atmospheric pressure and pressure liquid storage tanks. It can be used in various hazardous places such as sanitary, toxic, corrosive mediums,s and explosive gas. There are a variety of installation forms, suitable for all types of containers.
